WINGERsoft Technologies Limited (WTL) is a private limited company established in 2008 in Kampala, Uganda by a group of talented and skillful Software Engineers. Today, WINGERsoft is a team of Information Systems experts providing Technology+Business solutions in Uganda and to the rest of East Africa. Our efforts result in accurate, reliable, scalable and easy to use products aiding the endeavors of fellow professionals, private, public, non-governmental and the general public. Our company is dedicated to the principal of excellence; Quality is our commitment and the existence of WINGERsoft hinges on the ardent professionals who are committed to analyzing, designing and implementing systems that best fit the needs of our clients.
